These have got the original see-thru bongo heads fitted

These are designed to be played with your hands, and if your gentle with sticks

When played with hands these have a clear distinct bongo character, when played with sticks they sound like other concert toms with a loud, exciting sound

My research found a set of modern Acrylic bongos online with a RRP of $295

My price is just $150 for the two bongos (on the adjustable bongo stand)

If you don’t need the stand the bongos are $95 on their own

Or you can sit them on your knees to play with your hands just like all the cool 60s bongo players did in the movies
