Ludwig 70s vintage Ghost bass drum pedal

Far more than just a kick pedal.

This statement piece sports lavish circular spring housings and a cool 60’s design style.

An amazing creation sure to get the nostalgia burning.

As you can see in my pics, its got some scratches as you’d expect with a pedal of this age.

Very rare in Australia.

Several beater styles to choose from.

BTW, Alex Van Halen toured the world with a couple of these pedals firing up his double bass Ludwig kit in the late 70s.

 

1976 – 1978 : Ludwig/Ghost

1st edition under the Ludwig name.

It is unclear when in 1975 Ludwig took possession of the Ghost.

1979 – 1980 : Ludwig/Ghost

Ludwig name is added to the ghost footboard.

Used and in very good condition for its age. [PD 0266]
