Vintage 3 ply birch shell and hoops will fit modern 24” drum heads.

8 lug bass drum is missing one
lug.
(When you replace it fit it at the bottom so you only see the 7 matching original lugs).

It didn’t come with any t rods.
Modern ones are affordable to buy.

It’s easy to clean the adhesive off the hoops.
