Rogers Dynasonic 60s/70s vintage 14 x 5” COB snare drum

Dynasonics are legendary and their Brass shells and, unique design produce a different character from other US-made Vintage brass snares.

There are many ways to tune this amazing drum, and a variety of different sounds can be easily created.

This is a 10 lug drum giving you more control over the tuning than an 8 lug and has the original Rogers damper fitted for controlling the ring, volume, and decay.

Fitted with new Remo heads, and when I bought it, the Dynasonic badge was not on the drum.

The original snare bridge was also not with this drum.

And, over the past decade or so, nearly every one of the Dynasonics I’ve come across has not had its original snare bridge fitted either.

This suggests that they were either worn out or their owner chose to remove them because they preferred that sound.

Rogers snare bridges and badges are available online if you want them.

There are some marks on the shell, which is common on snares of this age and should not spoil your playing pleasure.

This drum is in excellent condition, sounds amazing and if the badge and bridge were present, my price would be between $7-800
